Terms & Conditions

1.Applicability

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all inquiries, orders, and purchases of products sold by Royal Premium V-Belts (“we,” “us,” “our”). By submitting an inquiry, placing an order, or using this website, you (“Customer”) agree to these Terms.

2. Quotations & Orders

- All prices quoted are EX-WORKS, Rajkot, India, unless otherwise specified.

- Quotes are valid for 30 days and subject to change thereafter.

- Orders placed via our website, email, or purchase order become binding only when confirmed by us in writing.

3. Payment Terms

- Standard terms are Net 30 days from invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

- Late payments accrue interest at 1.5% per month (or the maximum permissible by law, whichever is lower).

- We reserve the right to suspend further deliveries or cancel orders if payment terms are not met.

4. Delivery & Title

- Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays due to force majeure, carrier issues, or customs clearance.

- Title to goods passes to Customer upon full payment. Risk of loss passes at the time of shipment from our facility.

5. Warranty & Returns

- We warrant that belts will conform to our published specifications and be free from manufacturing defects for 6 months from delivery.

- Customer must inspect goods upon receipt and notify us of any defects within 7 days.

- Approved warranty claims will be limited, at our option, to repair, replacement, or refund of the purchase price of defective belts.

- Custom-cut or matched-set belts are non-returnable. Standard belts may be returned within 30 days of invoice, subject to a 15% restocking fee and freight charges.

6. Limitation of Liability

- Our total liability for any claim arising from belts or services is limited to the purchase price of the affected goods.

- Under no circumstances will we be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or production downtime.

7. Intellectual Property

- All drawings, data sheets, images, trademarks, and other materials on our website remain our property.

- No license is granted to reproduce or use our intellectual property for any purpose without our prior written consent.

8. Confidentiality

- Any non-public information exchanged in connection with orders or technical support shall be treated as confidential by both parties.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

- These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of Rajkot, Gujarat.

- Both parties agree to attempt good-faith mediation before initiating formal legal proceedings.
